About Foster Solutions & Productions
Founded in 2020, Foster Solutions & Productions (FosterSP) began with a mission to serve the local church during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Recognizing the urgent need for ministries to stay connected with their congregations, we stepped in to help churches upgrade their internet, launch livestreaming setups, and train their media teams for effective online services.
What started as a response to a crisis has grown into a full-service production and technology company. Today, we remain committed to helping churches thrive through comprehensive IT support — including network upgrades, proactive IT monitoring, website design, and ongoing technical support tailored to each ministry’s needs.
In addition to IT, FosterSP brings deep expertise in media and production. With a background in professional broadcasting — including experience as a sports broadcasting producer and technical director with ESPN — we’ve helped churches develop seamless, high-quality productions. From creating efficient production workflows to enhancing the live service experience, our goal is to ensure ministries deliver impactful, distraction-free streaming to their audiences every week.

Caleb Foster is a multi-talented individual that brings a wealth of experience to the table. His journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge in technology, a passion for production, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Professional Background
Caleb is a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineer, a self-taught skilled Lighting Designer, and a proficient Network Consultant. His impressive accomplishments include designing lighting setups for 8 concert tours, collaborating with over 30 musical artists. Caleb also installs internet networks, manages network servers, and plays a pivotal role in building broadcast teams for churches. With nine years of experience in lighting design and four years in cybersecurity and networking, Caleb brings a wealth of expertise to his endeavors.

His commitment to education is evident in his dedication to teaching coding to high school students, serving the community, and assisting clients in building secure networks.
